Chalet Restaurant Le Clos Bernard is located in the magnificent setting of the Méribel Altiport’s forest, and can be reached by different means depending on the season.
Access to the restaurant in winter
Car parking :
There is a car park on the Route de l’Altiport. Two car parks are located in front of the cross-country skiing centre or 150 metres after the start of the path.
From here, you can take the signposted path on foot (approx. 10 minutes). You can also take a horse-drawn carriage from these car parks (contact: 06 21 94 80 23).
- Route through the forest:
It is also possible to reach Le Clos Bernard via a route through the forest that allows skiers of all abilities to come to the restaurant and leave via Méribel Village. From the departure point of the Loze Express chairlift, head down to the Piste des animaux and follow the signposted route.
Access to the restaurant in summer
Car parking:
Go to the Route de l’Altiport. At the “Clos Bernard” sign, take the fork in the path through the forest as far as the parking signs, then walk along the path for 3 minutes.

You can come on foot via the footpaths and by mountain bike via the signposted trails.
