Stéphanie, the art of entertaining from the heart

Arriving in December 2021, Stéphanie still remembers her first impression:

"I was immediately charmed by the restaurant's magical setting and warm atmosphere. I felt at home from day one."

Since then, she's been back every winter and summer, faithful to her post and her team. What does she love most of all? The human contact, the closeness to customers that she finds season after season.

"I love following our customers from one year to the next, seeing them come back, sharing new memories with them. I really feel at home here."

An essential mission: to make every visit a unique experience

In charge of reception and customer loyalty, Stéphanie is one of the first faces you meet when you arrive at Le Clos Bernard. Smiling and attentive, she makes every customer feel at home.

From reservations to partnerships with ski instructors, concierge services and 3 Vallées hotels, she orchestrates the little details that make all the difference.

As her colleagues often say: "Stéphanie is the sunshine of the restaurant! Her infectious smile and good humor have become contagious - and we can't get enough of her.
